Job Description

To manage the entire portfolio of Steel files & Rasps for profitable growth of the business & increase the market share of JK Products across Steel files.

Own up completely the Product Line & device its strategy to grow the market share and profitability.

Collaborate and work closely with Customer, Sales team and NPD teams to design and develop products as per Customer needs, New Products. Launch of new products with support from Marketing team.

Collaborate with Strategic Alliance Teams to Develop Large Account Customers and Coordinate activities such as Plant visits of Customer, Pricing and Presentations to secure the business, feasibility mapping & sign off.

Work with legal team on Registration of Brand and fight counterfeit products in the market (both Exports and Domestic) 

PM’s to regularly gather market intelligence and update on competitor’s performance etc. And make startegy for increase in business gorwth. 

Work with Marketing & Sales teams for Packaging (including new packaging development), Pricing and Promotion Schemes to grow the Business. 

PM’s will work with E-Commerce Team for Sales Growth of respective product lines in E-Commerce channel both in India and Abroad.

PM’s & Industrial Sales teams will work together on various Industrial applications to create new segments, trials at customer end for proving the products etc. 

PMs to support Sales & Marketing on Participation of Exhibitions/Trade shows/Seminar etc.

Work with Mfg. Engineering Team on Capex to propose and launch new product lines.

Work with Engineering Team to drive cost saving initiatives in the plant including significant waste elimination at plants and 100% sales Files (first quality, second quality and third quality)

Work with Sourcing to reduce input Cost including Packaging cost reduction.

Participate with Sourcing & Engineering on Cost Optimization negotiation meeting with Vendors and Ancillaries
