Sourcing will play very vital role by making timely availability of material and resources in Power tools, Hand tools and power tools accessories categories.
Healthy and balanced vendor database will ensure better negotiating power and de-risking of supplies.
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical /Production/Industrial Eng.). MBA in supply chain /Operations – preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
• New vendor identification & development
• Negotiations & finalization of Rate contracts with suppliers on basis of Price, Volumes, Complexity of biz
• Vendor Performance Management & improvement of vendor ratings.
• Spent analysis & improvement in it
• Cost Management & cost savings across all sourcing
• Work in tandem with CFT, Product Managers, Function Heads related to sourcing
• Conflict & issues resolution related to Vendor, supplies & ensure smooth flow of supplies. Overcome bottlenecks.
