Warehouse In Charge

To provide complete support for driving the warehouse activities

• Responsible for complete maintenance of dispatch record for domestic and export orders.

• Ensure documentation as per the requirements

• Responsible for an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets.

• Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules.

• Responsible for maintaining the record for inventories and stock movement.

• Prepare and share regular reports and statistics as and when required 

• Knowledge of SAP

• Ensure that health and safety meets the required standards and carry out risk assessments.

• Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose 

• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency 

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies as and when required in a timely way.
