Business Development Manager -West
Job Description
To Create, Develop and Nurture new business opportunities and to expand depth & width of distribution of Hand tools, Power tools and Power tool accessories categories in the assigned Geographies.
Own and drive business numbers of HT, PTA & PTM categories in assigned geographies.
• Develop go to market strategy in existing and new territories (both domestic and international).
• Development and enhancement of marketing and product segmentation strategies.
• Responsible for Increasing the sales revenue from existing customers/partners and onboarding new partners aligning the planned business growth.
• Keeping the tab on the competition product, price and communication strategy in the market and working with respective teams aligning organization’s strategy to the same.
• Analyze key environmental factors, government policies, technology trends to spot business relevant opportunity areas.
• Work on new business development initiatives and nurturing initiatives till adoption by relevant business team.
• Identifying the product gaps and opportunities in the HT, PTA & PTM categories and working with the NPD team to fill those gaps.
• Identifying and buying industry survey reports and analyzing for strategic decision making
• Customer/Retailer/Dealer Satisfaction Survey
