1) Order Processing & Execution to achieve Budgeted Target
· Generating Sales Contract
· Communicating Dispatch date within four working days from order receipt.
· Arrangement for payments prior to dispatch
2) Sales Support & New Business Development
· Send quotation, samples & provide any other information about the product & services required by the customer.
· Support in arrangements of Trade Exhibitions.
· To communicate with the contacts received from various sources like participation in trade shows, embassies, internet websites etc.
· To Co-ordinate with Internal & External stakeholders.
3) To Improve Customer Satisfaction
· Attend Day to Day queries of the customer for order/ dispatch/ payment/ complaints, etc.
· Acknowledgement of mail within a specified response date
4) MIS Reports
· Monthly reports on Budget vs Actual Sales.
· List of Pending Orders to be sent to the customers on monthly basis.
· Preparation of Annual Budget
· To maintain Customer-wise Sales Tracking report.
